This wasn’t the first time we saw Max Riemelt naked on our screens, but this appearance should certainly be enjoyed on the blog.

When ‘Sense8‘ began in 2015 it soon gained a considerable following of fans, thanks to its edgy style and freedom to break the rules traditional TV shows had long complied with. Being a Netflix original the creators weren’t bound by traditionalist notions of what an audience can handle when it comes to sexual content.

That’s one of the reasons I love their originals so much, they don’t pander and make it weak in fear of offending someone. It reminds me of my teen years when I would watch late night TV shows just for the chance of seeing some nudity, back before the Internet was what it is.

Oh dear, I think I’m accidentally showing my age with that confession.

It would be foolish to think seeing dick on screen would be the reason something is a hit, but the sight of gorgeous Max Riemelt naked certainly helped get them get attention in the first season. The same can probably be said for some other big-budget TV shows of the last decade.

The sexy German actor is currently set to appear in ‘Golum’, which is in pre-production, and ‘Free Fall 2’, which has only just been announced. It’s good timing, because the finale of ‘Sense8′ is about to drop on Netflix in June with a 2 hour feature marking the end of the critically acclaimed show.

I’m not saying he was the main reason for its success, of course, but the opportunity to see the gorgeous star flashing some manhood in episode 6 of season 1 certainly didn’t hurt its chances.

Incidentally, am I the only one who thinks Max Riemelt looks a lot like British cricketer Freddie Flintoff? Just thought I would throw that out there.

I hope we get to see this handsome actor in more US projects in the future, and I hope some of those appearances might give us a better look at his fine body. In the meantime, we have these stills of Max Riemelt naked, revealing his uncut manhood in some suggestive shots. Enjoy!
